職位描述

主要職責(zé)：
A. Expediting & Inspection Coordination:
Handling of Expediting & Inspection notifications with internal and external stakeholders: proactive involvement with MAIREs head offices and projects post-order teams, Chinese Expediting & Inspection agencies and Chinese vendor’s interface, to ensure the coordination of the expediting and inspection visits required in China.
B. Documentation Handling:
Internal recovery of any documentation and status updates required for any Expediting & Inspection visit, to handle to the selected agency. Prompt intervention in case of missing documentation or information during the visit itself.
C. Expediting & Inspection Reports:
Filing & distribution of Expediting & Inspection reports issued by the agencies pursuant to each visit: the timely receipt of the reports is under the Expediting & Inspection Planner responsibility, as well as expediting of any revision required by Expediters and Inspectors.
D. Tracking of Expediting & Inspection events:
Global Expediting & Inspection events tracking shall be carried out as daily task, as future planning of events and past events record shall be always available for review.
E. Internal reporting updates:
Maintenance and updating of internally shared reports, focused on China Expediting & Inspection activities, in liaison with MAIRE’s head office for internal coordination and reporting purposes.

要求：
? High level of English, both written and spoken.
? Outstanding relational and communication skills for interface with a wide range of stakeholders.
? Capability to work as part of a team and handle pressure, with high attention to detail.
? High predisposition to work with IT systems.
? Expertise in MS Excel, and general good knowledge of MS Office applications (or equivalent).
? Knowledge of Chinese geography / provinces, for a prompt understanding of vendor’s locations and expediters & inspectors deployment on the territory.
